My thoughts on Meditation:
It’s my hope and vision that the world will take to
meditative prayers sooner…more than anything else. “Be still and know that I am God”
As it is always said, we talk to God in prayers and through
our spiritual rituals …Only through meditation God speaks to us…
Meditation or being still for some time after our prayers or
our spiritual rituals…that’s the time for us to listen to the Divine Source in
silence…
As a person who has been practicing meditation for the last
few years…I can vouch that these meditations have done a wonderful job on me!
I have obtained inner
peace and balance and harmony, evolved as a better human being, had some
beautiful spiritual insights both on my personal life and also for the people
and world around me.
Even during my most frustrating and down times…it has made
life look beautiful.
It is as this quote says,” Focus on the powerful, euphoric,
magical, synchronistic, beautiful parts of life and the Universe will keep
giving them to you”.
That the law of attraction and that’s the law of the
Universe too.
Meditations have helped me take a very positive outlook on
life… If I am an optimist today, it is because these little meditations have
shaped and molded me into the very core of the Divine Source, the Supreme being…..in
spite of all the traumatic experiences I have gone through in life
sometimes…even those which lasted for a few months together…My comeback has
been with a beautiful bang…mainly because I allowed myself to find myself by
listening to God with my heart, body, mind and soul through meditations. It is
always wonderful to listen to the divine voice of God through these little
meditations, even ten minutes a day to start with is better…rather than
listening to the doubtful, uncertain voices of the people around you.
Trust me, I am talking from experience and I hope all my
readers will incorporate little moments of meditations or in other words allot
time for little conversations with God. A meditation a day keeps your life
beautiful in all ways…that’s my mantra!
