Sweet Mango Chutney ( Mambala Pachadi)

Hi all lovely ladies and gentlemen who love to cook, I just decided to record my culinary expertise ( !!!) and  journal all my family recipes here.

It's summer in Bangalore, India and it is the best season for mangoes ever. The beautiful yellow-orangish colors of mangoes ( unique of its own)  and the aroma of these fresh mangoes in the fruit carts all over the place is a wonderful scene to witness in summer.

I have been watching this you tube video of Ellen Degeneres show where Tiffany Haddish teaches Oprah and Ellen how to cook “joyful greens”…Basically she teaches you to smile with joy all the while you are cooking!
Just for fun, I have added that you tube link here!

I believe in it ..when you cook with joy and love in your heart, whatever you cook will be utterly delicious!

I would like to start my recipe journal with a sweet dish and here it is…And don’t forget to cook with a smile!
